Persian Book Club presents A discussion of "SAMARKAND" by Amin Maalouf

SUNDAY, April 25th at 10:30 am Persian Center 2029 Durant Avenue in Berkeley

We have chosen a lighter book for April - it's a part historical, part fictional story of Omar Khayyam's Rubaiyaat. The book was originally written in French.

ISAA: Persian Women's Folk Dance Workshop w/Soraya Gheissari (4.25)

What: Soraya Gheissari will be holding her 2nd Persian Women's Folk Dance Workshop of the semester. Come and learn or practice Persian woman's dance touching on themes of Bandari, Azari, and Kurdish dance rhythms. You do not have to have gone to the first workshop to attend the second one.

Niosha's dance show on Sunday, April 25 starting 5:00 pm at the Santa Clara Convention center in Northern California.
