In these chaotic times, more and more people are searching for harmony and balance to heal themselves and the planet. Unfortunately, in their search the profound and often unparalleled concepts found in Rumi’s astoundingly beautiful poetry are usually overlooked or poorly interpreted. Around 750 years ago Rumi, the ultimate psychologist, explained that “happiness is a state of mind and love is the healer of all ills.” Rumi provided answers to questions that scientists, philosophers, and psychologists have pondered for centuries. In this workshop, Professor Naini delves into some of the most important aspects of the mystical teachings on the mind-body-spirit relation and balance. Dr. Naini combines the ancient wisdom of Rumi and other renowned Persian mystics with the latest discoveries about science, technology, medicine, psychology, and the universe to actually reveal the essential practices necessary to create true peace and happiness in ourselves, and ultimately the world.
