Pre-kickoff for Ross Mirkarimi' re-election campaign
Bay Area - San Francisco Friday - April 11, 2008 07:30 PM
My Dear Friends:
In this exciting elections year, let us come together again, rebuild and grow our network in support of one of the most talented and hardest working politicians and the first Iranian American elected to the Office in San Francisco—Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi.
We want to build a movement in our community-one person at a time-and together participate in and change the political process.
This kind of grass roots participation in support of a political candidate is new to our community. We started it more than three years ago under the name: Iranian Americans for Ross Mirkarimi—IAFORM---and supported Ross. We did it in less than three months and victory was sweet!
This time, we want to move one step further and not only connect as many of us as we can but also strengthen our growing network and learn to be effective in our political activities.
Please join us on:
