Description
ITVS Community Cinema presents free screenings in communities from coast to coast. Community Cinema screenings offer special sneak previews of films scheduled for upcoming broadcast on the Emmy Award-winning PBS series Independent Lens. They feature panel discussions with leading community-based organizations, special guest speakers, information and resources. In Grand Rapids, WGVU's Independent Cinema series presents screenings the first Tuesday of every month at the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts.
