List of Persian/Iranian Events for 2009-02-13

Hello 7rooz Online Community!

We are graduate student filmmakers at Columbia University and we are currently casting for a young, outgoing and intelligent Persian boy (age 7-9 yrs old) for our next film. The film is a cultural film about a Persian boy and his grandfather, who plays a traditional Kamancheh. It will be a sweet and funny film, and we will be shooting it over the summer in NYC.

We will be holding a casting at Columbia University, where you can meet the filmmakers and we will discuss the project. **No acting experience necessary!

Ba doorood, our next meeting of Shahnameh khani will be held this Friday, Feb 13th, 2009.

At this gathering, we will continue with the epic story of Roostam Va Esfandeyar.

Time: Gathering begins at 6:00 PM and the meeting promptly at 6:30
