Delight in the sublime with a double billing of dance performance from renowned dance artists Farima Berenji and Shahrzad Khorsandi. Enjoy live accompaniment from locally acclaimed Persian musicians and celebrate the artistry of sacred, classical, and contemporary Persian dance.

Farima Berenji is an award winning, internationally acclaimed performing artist, instructor, dance ethnologist, and archaeologist. She has performed and instructed nationally and internationally, and has appeared in documentaries hosted by National Geographic and the United Nations.

Shahrzad Khorsandi is dedicated to exploring the boundaries of artistic expression through movement while staying true to the essence of traditional Persian aesthetics. As a choreographer and scholar, she is working to archive an art form that has been outlawed in Iran for the past three decades. She has performed and taught nationally and internationally.
